No. As a LOVELOX Partner, you never need to purchase or hold stock. Orders are fulfilled directly by LOVELOX, and there is no upfront investment or inventory requirement.
Whether a family orders directly using your referral link or you place an order on their behalf through the Trade Ordering Portal, LOVELOX handles production, fulfilment and delivery.
Nothing. Joining the LOVELOX Partnership is completely free.
There are no setup fees, subscription charges or ongoing costs.
Once your application is received, a member of the LOVELOX team will personally contact you to introduce the partnership, help you access your dashboard and resources, and discuss how LOVELOX can best fit within your funeral home.
LOVELOX Partners can earn commission in two ways:
30% commission when you place an order on behalf of a family through the LOVELOX Trade Ordering Portal.
20% commission when a family places their order directly with LOVELOX using your unique referral link or code.
For Partner Assisted Orders, the Funeral Director receives payment from the family directly and LOVELOX invoices monthly for the value of orders placed, less the agreed commission and plus VAT where applicable.
For Direct Family Orders, LOVELOX collects payment from the family and pays commission monthly on completed orders.
All commission activity can be tracked through your Partner Dashboard.
No. There are no minimum order volumes, contracts or ongoing commitments. You are free to introduce LOVELOX to families as often or as little as you wish.
Our partnership is designed to fit naturally alongside the support you already provide, allowing you to offer memorial jewellery whenever it feels appropriate for the family.
Families can select their preferred delivery option at checkout, including 2 Working Day Delivery or 3–5 Working Day Delivery for most products.
For resin memorial jewellery containing ashes, production typically takes around 10 working days from the date we receive the completed ashes collection kit.
Throughout the process, families receive regular email updates and tracking information once their order has been dispatched, ensuring complete visibility from order to delivery.
LOVELOX manages all customer service, production, fulfilment and aftercare directly.
Our dedicated team supports families throughout their journey, from product enquiries and ordering assistance to delivery updates and aftercare, allowing Funeral Directors to focus on the services they provide best.
Every LOVELOX Partner receives access to a comprehensive suite of resources designed to make introducing memorial jewellery simple and seamless.
