Upon ordering, you'll receive our Ashes Collection Kit in the post, complete with your unique reference number. Inside, you'll find a spoon for transferring a small portion of ashes into a LOVELOX Travel Urn, and a free returns label to post the pack back to us.

Upon receipt, we colour the ashes in the pigment of your choice and set the resin in your item of jewellery. Once set, we carefully package your finished item in our luxury gift box and promptly dispatch it to you, along with any remaining ashes. Expect your completed order within 10 working days.
