The chain was fair too thin for the pendant it’s self mine unfortunately broke on the first day I was severely disappointed in the product the charm feels like a tin and come across very cheap

I bought the locket tree of life after my sister passed away when it came the chain was very very thin and had a link flaw in it .also the locket looks very cheap and not good quality I would like to send it back for a full refund please could you forwarde the address of were I need to post it thank you.

The locket design was absolutely beautiful and just what I wanted.
The downside was that it was so light in weight, this gave it a cheap feel which was disappointing given that it wasn’t a cheap item, as it was personalised and came so close to Christmas I gifted the necklace as planned, I wouldn’t buy online again.

Very disappointed with the locket, the photos were inserted wrongly to the way I wanted them, and they were at an angle rather than straight facing. When I complained about this they sent instructions on how to remove the photos and re-align them, this is not what I paid for.

A pretty neckles but for the price I expected more. It is flimsy and light weight and feels like a child’s locket. This would be a good purchase if the price was £40-£50 a rip off at over £100
