Refund policy

LOVELOX's gifts are designed to last a lifetime.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item or you are not happy with the finish or quality, you are able to return the piece for a full refund within 28 days from purchase.

Please note that any engraved products, bespoke items and special orders can not be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing fault or personalisation error.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for parcels until they have been signed for at our Returns Centre.

Upon receipt of the item, we shall issue a prompt refund of the price of the goods, minus the original cost of the delivery to you.

The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price (exceptions may apply). Please allow 4-7 working days for your credit card company to credit your account.
